When/ where do you deliver?
We deliver all across Sydney.
Will I receive delivery updates?
You will receive an SMS letting you know your order is ready and will be out for delivery later that day. We will give an approximate ETA and do our very best to deliver within those hours but can’t guarantee.
What time will my order arrive?
We can’t give an exact time of arrival. Orders will be delivered anywhere between 9am - 9pm. You will receive an SMS update notifying you your order is ready and will be out for delivery later that day.
What if no one is home to accept the delivery?
If no one is home to accept the delivery we’ll find a safe place to leave them. Try to collect your treats asap to avoid spoilage and pests getting to them.
How long after I place my order will I receive my sweets?
You will receive your glyckos 1-2 days after your order is placed.

Is there a minimum order?
The minimum order is a box of 4.
Can I cancel my order?
Glycko team must be notified a minimum of 2 days prior to delivery of cancelling order.
Glycko Storage
Glyckos will last in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days. If you haven’t eaten them all in 5 days they can be frozen for up to 3 months in an airtight container.
Can I heat my Glycko?
Step 1: Cut Glycko in half
Step 2: Place Glycko in the microwave for 25-35 seconds
Step 3: Enjoy those intense oozing flavours!
Any Allergens?
All Glyckos contain nuts, eggs, dairy and gluten.
